Our charter

Human contact is essential for us. Students are the highest priority of the teaching staff and the administration. Since 1989, our Charter’s four values, (Ethics, Solidarity, Professionalism, Openness), enable us to achieve our number-one goal: to train Engineers ready to combine personal development and professional well being. To be an Engineering student at EISTI, it is to evolve in an environment where three Engineering classes and two Preparatory Cycles, which have common values and activities, work alongside one another. Students discover that personal development, openness and solidarity are as important as formal education.

Our four Values

o Ethics
Code of conduct

It is both personal ethics and the capacity to conduct yourself appropriately. Education is a passion that consists in acquiring knowledge at the highest level. This education is, for contemporary society, highlighted by the student’s dynamism.
We have always been aware that our work as teachers must be in agreement with rigour, honesty, adaptability and openness to professional and social life. Our aim is to make our students understand the role of Ethics in behaviour and its results

o Solidarity

The feeling of unity based on common goals and interests. The Administration and the professors at EISTI do every thing in their power to help the students recognize make the most of their abilities and overcome any problems they might encounter in their studies, their daily life or their professional career.

o Open-mindedness

The ability to be receptive and the capacity to communicate EISTI’s pedagogy is characterised by the combination of technical and social sciences, a multitude of associations at the heart of the school as well as teamwork that moulds receptive minds.
In a world where information technology is in constant renewal, openness has become an irrefutable professional asset.

o Professionalism

The characteristic of someone who practises a profession with a high level of competency.
The methodological thoroughness of our professorial team, the demands of our placement supervisors and the project-based pedagogy allow our Student-Engineers to mature. It is no accident that 100% of companies who know EISTI appreciate its training.
