MEQUIP: Team Management
Students will learn to:
Listen, reformulate, facilitate meetings, work in a team, delegate, supervise, manage stress and time, solve problems, and negotiate

MSTI : Data Processing Systems Management
Students will learn to:
Identify client’s needs
Develop a specifications manual
Define objectives
Put together the project and the intervention proposal
Negotiate contracts
Carry out Data Processing Systems project (alone or in a team)
Evaluate progress
Write and present the intervention outcome
